Sailor Beach Bar

The folks over at Chairish, the new go-to place for vintage home furnishings,  have asked bloggers to create a home bar featuring their favorite stools. Going with a paired-down nautical vibe, my pick are these  Counter-height Swivel Bar Stools, currently $250 for the pair.  I think if I was hanging out here, I'd order a Painkiller - extra nutmeg please.

Then for fun, I changed just the bar stools to these Thom. Baker Palm Stools (that have already sold on Chairish).  Isn't it  interesting how one change can create a different mood?  In this bar I'd order a

Dark 'n Stormy, my new favorite summer cocktail made with ginger beer, rum and lime.
